Thomas Faast is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in human resources, coaching, and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at KML Technology and a university lecturer at FHWien der WKW, Thomas specializes in team coaching, change management, and leadership performance. Previously, as Group Head of Human Resources at ÖRAG Immobilien Gruppe, and in key leadership roles at Nessus GmbH and easyname GmbH, Thomas developed and executed comprehensive people strategies while focusing on legal employment issues and performance management. Additionally, Thomas operates a coaching business and holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Vienna.
