Penne VanderBush, CSE, CeM

Penne VanderBush has been in the CSE and CeM fields since 1996. Penne began their career as an Operations Manager at Dairy Creme, where they were responsible for marketing, web development and maintenance, training, scheduling, inventory, budgeting, software programming, working the production line, ad design and placement, and strategic planning for maximum ROI with every building modification or technology enhancement. In 1999, they joined National Life Group as a Rewrite Technician, processing life insurance policy changes to policies that were effective for less than 12 months on the system. In 2001, they joined Sentinel Investments as an Investor Services Representative, transacting on investment accounts according to all SEC and NASD guidelines. In 2007, they began working as V.P. Marketing at VSECU, where they were responsible for leading the production and output of the marketing and business development team utilizing inbound and outbound channels in digital, social and print mediums to drive the success of marketing and sales goals. In 2017, they began working as a Real Estate Investor at VanderBush Properties, LLC and as Chief Strategy Officer at FI GROW Solutions (formerly Social Stairway), helping credit unions develop successful digital marketing and inbound sales strategies for today's marketplace.

Penne VanderBush obtained a Certified Senior Executive degree from CUES School of Applied Strategic Management in 2017, with a field of study in Credit Union Management. In 2010, Penne VanderBush obtained a Certified Electronic Marketer certification from the eMarketing Association, with a field of study in Website, Social, Advanced e-Mail and Advanced Search Marketing. Additionally, Penne VanderBush obtained an Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot in 2016, an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot in 2014, a Delivering Client Success certification from HubSpot in 2019, and an Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot Academy in 2018.
