Victoria Baamonde

Victoria Baamonde has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Culture and Experience Specialist at Fi. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Designer at curaJOY and as a User Interface Designer for Twitch Partnered Streamer. Victoria also gained experience as a Product Designer at San Marzano and as a Product Designer for Student Projects at Designlab.

Before their transition to the design field, Victoria worked as a Customer Success Manager at Pathway Vet Alliance, where they were involved in interdepartmental communications, project management, website maintenance, social media strategy, office management, budgeting, vendor negotiation, and program development. Victoria achieved a key accomplishment by designing and creating welcome packets for new clients.

Victoria also has experience as a Reservation Coordinator at EVIR CORP, where they excelled in organizing and coordinating OpenTable reservations, managing staff, assessing customer needs, and creating positive customer experiences. Victoria created an effective organization system and built strong client relations.

At Ruby & Jack's Doggy Shack, Victoria served as a Manager, focusing on client satisfaction, behavior monitoring, calendar management, and financial reconciliation. Victoria played a crucial role in the start-up's growth, increasing its clientele from zero to over 1,000 users, and developed a hiring and training protocol based on research and business needs.

Victoria Baamonde graduated from Hunter College in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Physical and Environmental Geography. In 2022, they completed a certificate program in UX/UI Design at Designlab.
