Lejla Sehic has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they serve as the VP of Operations and Business Process at Fi360, a Broadridge company, since June 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at BNY Mellon from 1998 to 2021, including Director, Global Business Manager - Asset Owner Segment, Global COO of IMPACT Business Resource Group, Director, Digital Lead - Client Experience, Treasury Services, Principal Product Manager (Corporate Trust), Vice President / Senior Unit Manager (Asset Servicing), Sr. Account Specialist (Asset Servicing Fund Accounting), and Customer Accounts Processor (Treasury Services). In 2017, Lejla Sehic served as a board member and vice-chair of South Hills Interfaith Movement (SHIM) where they led the DEI committee and mentored Middle School refugee girls.

Lejla Sehic's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance and MIS from the University of Pittsburgh, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Later, in 2008 to 2009, they pursued an MBA in Management Information Systems from Point Park University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lejla has also obtained additional certifications. In March 2019, they became a LUMA Human Centered Design Thinking Practitioner from the LUMA Institute. Moreover, in October 2022, they acquired the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) certification from Broadridge Fi360.
