Jarosław Oworuszko

Jarosław Oworuszko has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Jarosław currently holds the position of Head of Finance at Fiat Republic, where they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Digital Care Group as the Group Chief Financial Officer from June 2021 to January 2023. From December 2019 to June 2021, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at BFF Banking Group, Poland.

Before joining BFF Banking Group, they held the position of CFO and Board Member at Leaseplan Poland for over 12 years, from March 2007 to December 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Visiting Lecturer at Warsaw University of Technology from October 2017 to June 2019.

Earlier in their career, Jarosław worked at ABN AMRO Bank as the CFO from November 2001 to February 2007 and had a role as a Financial Controller at Zurich Financial Services from January 1999 to November 2001. Jarosław began their professional journey as an Assistant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 1997 to December 1998.

Jarosław Oworuszko began their education in 1990 at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin. Here, they pursued a Master's degree in Horticulture, completing their studies in 1995. Following this, they attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, USA from 1995 to 1996, where they obtained a Master's degree in Applied Economics and Business Management. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled at the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1996 and graduated in 1997 with an MBA in Business Administration.
