Ayse Deniz Yuzbasioglu

Ayse Deniz Yuzbasioglu is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Division Head of HR Organizational Design, Performance & Talent Management at Fiba Group since February 2024. Previously, Ayse was the HR Talent Management & EBI Director at OYAK from July 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition for senior roles and presenting HR initiatives to the board. Ayse's extensive background at Migros Ticaret A.Ş. spanned from August 2006 to July 2021, culminating in roles focused on compensation policy management and leadership in diversity initiatives through the LEAD Network. Ayse holds an Executive MBA from Sabanci University and has participated in international leadership programs at Chongqing University and MIT Sloan School of Management.
