Zane Jurjane

Zane Jurjane has work experience in various roles, including event management and consultancy. Zane started their career in 2013 as a Private Secretary at the Chancery of the President of Latvia, where they coordinated day-to-day activities and assisted with information flow and communication. During this time, they also served as the secretary of the Board of Reform Party, planning and coordinating party events. In 2016, they worked as a Consultant at Fontes Executive Search & Leadership Development.

In terms of event management, Zane worked as an Event Manager at FIBA from 2019 onwards, overseeing the implementation of FIBA rules and regulations and supporting various aspects of event planning, logistics, and operations. Zane also had a previous role as an Event Manager at SIA "LemonBox" from 2013 to 2015, where they managed events.

In addition to their event management experience, Zane held the position of Director of International Events at the Latvian Basketball Association from 2008 to 2019. In this role, they had various responsibilities, including budgeting, marketing management, recruiting and training employees, and managing logistics and administrative processes.

Zane Jurjane completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from Rīga Stradiņš University. Zane attended the university from 2009 to 2012.
