Dr.Rashi Bajpai

Dr. Rashi Bajpai has a diverse work experience with a focus on healthcare. Dr.Rashi is currently serving as the Head of Strategic Alliances HealthTech at EarlySalary, where they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Dspin Group as the Business Head from October 2021 to March 2022. Dr. Bajpai also worked as a Medical Consultant at Balajee Fraternity Manufacturing Company Private Limited from December 2017 to September 2021, where they played a crucial role in promoting holistic wellness for employees of corporate companies like Johnson and Johnson and Bank of India. Dr.Rashi conducted health check-ups, led the CSR team, and fulfilled government requirements.

Before that, Dr. Bajpai worked as a Research Assistant at Banaras Hindu University from February 2014 to November 2017. Dr.Rashi was responsible for internal audit and analysis of products in the PR&D domestic formulations department. Dr.Rashi also developed analytical methods for assay estimation and content uniformity.

Dr. Bajpai started their career as a Medical Officer at Grant Medical Foundation, Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune in June 2012. In this role, they served as a coordinator for the gastroenterology department, overseeing budget management, record-keeping, and communication of new policies to employees.

Dr. Rashi Bajpai began their education in 2005 at Odessa National Polytechnic University, where they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in the field of Medicine. Dr.Rashi completed this degree in 2011. Later, in 2020, they attended the Indian School of Business, earning a Master's degree in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management.
