Jairam Sridharan is an experienced finance and business leader with a strong background in leadership roles across multiple esteemed organizations. Currently, Jairam serves as the Chairman of the Board at Pramerica Life Insurance and as a Board Member at EarlySalary, while holding the position of Managing Director at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance. Jairam's prior experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Piramal Consumer Finance and various roles at Axis Bank, including CFO and President of Retail Lending & Payments. Additionally, Jairam has experience with Capital One and ICICI Bank, and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
