Sudhanshu Shekhar

Sudhanshu Shekhar has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Growth Intern at Bolo in 2019, where they managed digital campaigns, improved performance marketing efficiency, and conducted customer research. In 2020, they worked as a Content Development Intern at Schooglink and then as a Growth Intern at Hirect, where they collected and analyzed data to derive insights, developed new growth strategies, and improved client engagement. In 2021, Sudhanshu served as a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Petroleum, focusing on optimizing processes and contributing to pipeline and workflow development. Sudhanshu then transitioned to product management roles, first as a Product Manager at Quhu, where they built and launched various product features, and then as a Product Growth specialist at Avtaar, focusing on product improvement and growth. Currently, Sudhanshu is an Associate Product Manager at Fibe.India (Formerly EarlySalary), where they are responsible for product management. Overall, Sudhanshu has demonstrated expertise in areas such as product management, growth strategy, data analysis, and process optimization.

Sudhanshu Shekhar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, from the years 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended HSM memorial school from 2016 to 2018 for their senior secondary education. Their high school education was completed at Maria Assumpta Sr. Secondary School in India, from 2005 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Sudhanshu obtained a certification in Data structures and algorithm from GirlScript Foundation in April 2020.
