Mia Abdullah Shekhar is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in application development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Sr. Programmer at Fiber@Home Global Limited since January 2022, Mia leads a cross-functional team in the development of a high-impact application that supports over 80,000 users and processes over 30 million BDT in transactions monthly. Prior experience includes roles as a Programmer, Web Application Developer, Java Trainer, and Java Engineer across various organizations, focusing on technologies such as Python, Django, C#.net, and Java. Mia holds a BSc Hons. in Information Technology from the University of Greenwich, and has contributed to academia as a lecturer, imparting knowledge in programming languages and web development.
