Richelieu Barranco has extensive work experience in various roles related to industrial process management, plant design, and performance improvement. In their most recent position at FiberLean Technologies Ltd, they worked as an Industrial Process Manager/Data Insight Manager, leading the process and plant design, developing process control strategies, and supporting plant commissioning and operations. Furthermore, Richelieu Barranco completed various certifications related to project management, leadership, and technical skills. These include certifications in SharePoint Online: Managing Documents, Six Sigma: Green Belt, Microsoft Teams Tips and Tricks, SharePoint for Project Management, and The Secret: What Great Leaders Know and Do, all obtained from LinkedIn.

Additionally, Richelieu Barranco obtained certifications from OSIsoft, such as Creating Basic Reports with PI DataLink - Through OSIsoft Learning, obtained in June 2019, Building PI System Assets and Analytics with AF - Canada, obtained in May 2019, and PI System Administration - Germany, obtained in January 2019.
