Katia Bouazza

Katia Bouazza currently serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for Fibra Uno, Mexico's largest real estate investment trust, and is also a board member of NEXT, a subsidiary focused on industrial assets. Since January 2019, Katia has held a board position at the Grace Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to helping underprivileged women achieve financial independence, where responsibilities include co-chairing the Development committee. Katia was previously a board member of Rose Hill Acquisition Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed Special Purpose Acquisition Company, from November 2021 to November 2023. Katia's extensive background in finance includes a significant tenure at HSBC, where roles included Managing Director and Vice Chair for Global Banking and Capital Markets in the Americas, overseeing senior client coverage for capital market origination in the U.S. Early career experience includes investment banking at Lehman Brothers. Katia holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California.
