Osmar Charco

Osmar Charco is a seasoned project leader with extensive experience in tenant coordination and project management within the real estate and construction industries. Currently serving as a Project Leader at Fibra Uno (FUNO) since November 2023, Osmar coordinates tenant support for retail and luxury retail across multiple shopping centers. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as an Administrative Project Coordinator at Alpha Hardin, managing a luxury resort project, and overseeing various construction projects ranging from site supervision at Constructora y Edificadora Palomba Lanz to project approval at CADV - Aldea Ha. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Valuation from Universidad de Guadalajara and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad La Salle de Cuernavaca.
