Kumar Senthil, P.Eng., PMP

Kumar Senthil, P.Eng., PMP has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering and project management roles. Kumar is currently the Director of the Project Management Office at Fibracast Ltd. Prior to this, they worked at JCL Technologies as an Engineering Consultant, where they provided consultation for the design and manufacture of Mobile Drilling Equipment for underground mines. Kumar also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Weir Canada Inc., where they successfully managed over $35 Million worth of projects for mining and oil & gas clients. Additionally, Kumar served as a Mechanical Engineering Manager/Consultant at Ameresco Consulting/Byrne Engineering, where they managed construction projects and led a team of engineers for bridge rehabilitation projects. Kumar also founded and managed Quest Technical Services, where they provided engineering consulting and project management services to manufacturing and mining sectors. Kumar'searly career included the role of Chief Engineer at Brown Boggs, where they were responsible for product development, manufacturing cost reductions, and the introduction of new equipment.

Kumar Senthil, P.Eng., PMP, has a strong educational background in mechanical engineering. Kumar obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, which they attended from 1985 to 1989. Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of Waterloo, where they achieved their Master of Applied Science (MASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1990 to 1992.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kumar has also obtained professional certifications.
