Michael Hamers

Michael Hamers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consultancy, human capital management, and recruitment across various sectors. As a co-owner of Approba since May 2008, Michael specializes in recruitment, interim management, coaching, and HR services, serving clients both domestically and internationally. Concurrently, Michael is the owner of Zorg Groep Beek, focusing on healthcare solutions, and co-founder of HiNurse, which recruits and trains international healthcare professionals for the Netherlands. Additional ventures include ownership of Fertilizer Recruitment, with a niche in the fertilizer industry, and involvement in employer branding and staffing projects at Fibrant Europe.
