Ricardo Mariano

Ricardo Mariano has extensive experience in maintenance engineering and technical applications within the pulp and paper industry. Currently serving as a Consultor de manutenção at Suzano since January 2016 and as an Especialista de Manutenca at Fibria, Ricardo has a strong background in resource management, cost control, and production loss reduction, applying Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles include Application Specialist at A.W. Chesterton Company and Maintenance Engineer at Fibria Pulp SA, where contributions to fault analysis and production gains were significant. Ricardo also held engineering positions at Votorantim Celulose e Papel and Parker Hannifin, focusing on process engineering and production optimization.
