Lena Böhle

Lena Bailby is an accomplished R&D Engineer and Technical Coordinator with extensive experience in the cosmetics industry. Currently employed at LUXCOS since March 2021, Lena leads a team of five, managing internal innovation and development projects, focusing on formulation and packaging sourcing for face and eye products. Prior to LUXCOS, Lena worked at Oriflame Cosmetics from March 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included developing complex color cosmetics, prioritizing sustainable ingredients, and project management across multiple product lines. Lena's expertise is further supplemented by internships in formulation chemistry and clinical testing, as well as a solid educational background with a Master’s degree in Cosmetic Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Montpellier.
