Thomas Warren

Thomas Warren is an accomplished quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of QA at FibroGen, Inc. since May 2022, Thomas previously held the position of Associate Director of QA at Nektar Therapeutics from June 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Boehringer Ingelheim from April 2016 to June 2021 included roles as Senior Quality Assurance Manager, QA Product Disposition Senior Specialist, Plant QA Senior Specialist, and Plant QA Manager. Thomas also contributed to Bayer Pharmaceuticals as a General Manufacturing Supervisor from August 2014 to April 2016 and worked as a Process Engineer at Oxford Global Resources for a brief period in 2014. Earlier experience includes positions at Boehringer Ingelheim as Cell Culture Manager and at Amgen as a Senior Associate of Manufacturing. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from UCLA, obtained from 1997 to 2001.
