Carol Eastman

Carol Eastman possesses extensive experience in digital transformation, strategic alliances, and IT services. Currently serving as the Global Alliances Director at FICO since December 2022, Eastman manages partnerships with global system integrators and original equipment manufacturers. Previously, as a Digital Transformation Executive at a large California-based health care provider, Eastman led initiatives to reconfigure traditional resources into a networked model for enhanced service delivery. Eastman's career also includes roles as Strategic Account Executive and Microsoft Alliance Lead at ePlus Inc., and Global Practice Leader and Microsoft Alliance Manager at SoftwareONE, where significant achievements in partnership development and business transformation were attained. As a pioneer in the industry, Eastman founded House of Lync and Eastman Technologies, establishing both as recognized leaders in IT services and solutions. Eastman holds a degree from the University of Southern California.
