Gavin M. Wong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk lifecycle management and customer management solutions, having served as a Principal Consultant at FICO since July 2006. Previously held positions include Principal Consultant roles focused on Global Risk Lifecycle and Customer Management Solutions in the APJ region, as well as Solution Consulting. Prior to FICO, Gavin worked at Predictive Technology Pty Ltd as a Senior Consultant and at Ferntree Computer Corporation as a Senior Application Developer, where responsibilities included project management, solution analysis, and technical training related to FICO TRIAD Customer Manager, FICO Behaviour Risk Scoring, and VisionPLUS Card System. Gavin began a career at Westpac New Zealand Limited as a Team Leader overseeing the development and support of the VisionPLUS Card System.
