Yuri Galperin

Yuri Galperin is an experienced technology executive specializing in software engineering and product development. Currently, Yuri serves as the Vice President of Software Engineering at FICO since February 2023. Previously, Yuri co-founded Dulles Research LLC, where the role of Chief Executive Officer involved developing innovative software solutions for Fortune 500 clients and overseeing strategic operations. Yuri also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Dulles Research LLC and played a pivotal role at Experian Decision Analytics as Senior Vice President, managing a large technical team and driving advanced software innovations. Earlier career highlights include co-founding Marketswitch and leading the development of enterprise software for prominent companies, along with serving as Product Manager at Chalke / SS&C. Yuri holds an M.S. in Control Systems for Flying Apparatus from Moscow Aviation Institute.
