After completing their bachelor's degree, Sebastian continued their academic pursuits at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). From 1993 to 1994, they pursued a Master of Science (Econ) degree at LSE, specializing in Cold War history with a particular focus on neutrality in Laos, Vietnam, and the Philippines between 1946 and 1990.
