Alicia Gaspar

Alicia Gaspar is an experienced product engineer with a strong background in design and production control, particularly in the valve and faucet industry, currently working at FICOSA since June 2017. Previously, Alicia held the position of Lead Product Engineer at FAE from October 2001 to May 2017 and worked as a Product Engineer at Genebre S.A. from July 1999 to October 2001, focusing on valve and faucet production in China. Additionally, Alicia served as a Project Engineer at Tecnologias Avanzadas de Residuos, S.A. in early 1999, where responsibilities included developing waste control and treatment plants. Alicia's academic qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Organizational Excellence Management from Universidad Camilo José Cela, a degree in Industrial Organization Engineering from ETSEIB, training in plastic mold projects from ASCAMM, and an Industrial Engineering degree from EUETIB-UPC.
