Burcu Karaduman

Burcu Karaduman has extensive experience in quality management systems, currently serving as the System Quality Coordinator and a member of the Plant and Corporate System Committees at FICOSA since October 2007. Responsibilities include coordinating and improving the HSEQ Management System in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, leading implementation and certification processes, and managing strategic planning and management review meetings. Previous roles include Senior Plant Quality Engineer and Plant Quality Engineer, focusing on internal audits, training initiatives, and compliance with global quality and HSEQ documentation requirements. Burcu’s earlier positions span various organizations in quality engineering and management, supported by a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Uludag University in Math Preceptorship and Mechanical Engineering, respectively.
