Filipe Teixeira has a diverse work experience in various companies, particularly in the supply chain and logistics field. Filipe started their career at Ficocables, lda. as a Factory Worker and later took on roles as a Production Control Coordinator and a Production Supervisor. Filipe then joined Ficosa Turkey as a Production Supervisor and logistics consultant. After that, they returned to Ficocables, lda. and held positions as a Production Control Coordinator, Internal Logistics, and Supply Chain Engineer. Filipe subsequently joined FICOSA as a Corporate Supply Chain Project Manager and ultimately became the Corporate Supply Chain Manager. In 2018, they transitioned to Ficocables, lda. as an Information System Manager. Filipe currently holds the position of Corporate Digitalization Director at FICOSA. Throughout their career, Filipe has focused on introducing improvement practices, implementing supply chain systems, and reducing costs while enhancing the supply chain area. Filipe has also played a key role in training staff and implementing procedures in logistic projects.

Filipe Teixeira completed their education in a sequential manner, starting with their high school graduation from Escola Secundária da Maia in 1999. Filipe then pursued a degree in Physical Education and Sports at Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro from 1998 to 2001. Following that, Filipe attended Universidade do Porto from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Sports and Physical Education.

In order to further their academic qualifications, Filipe enrolled in Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2005 to 2010. Subsequently, they continued their studies at the same institution and achieved a Master's degree in Operations and Process Management from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Filipe also acquired various certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2010, they obtained the "Certified Trainer (CAP)" certification from Escola de Negócios e Administração (ENA). More recently, in 2021, they completed the "Blockchain Basics" certification offered by LinkedIn.
