Karlis Minders possesses over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on automotive parts including mirrors, brake systems, and drive cables. Currently serving as STA Manager at FICOSA since October 2001, Karlis is a qualified auditor in various ISO and IATF standards and has extensive experience in supplier technical assurance, quality control, and the development of new suppliers and projects. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Reman Reformas e Manutenções, Product Auditor at Volkswagen do Brasil, and Technical Assistant at Metagal Indústria e Comércio. Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Management, Karlis also holds degrees in Mechatronics Engineering and Civil Construction.
