Kristina Gebova has extensive work experience in the food industry. Kristina currently holds the position of Head of Global Business Unit FOOD at FICOSOTA, a role they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of R&D and QC at the same company from April 2018.
Before joining FICOSOTA, Kristina held various positions at Danone. Kristina worked as an R&D Portfolio Manager and SBS Manager MDC Warsaw from November 2016 to March 2018. In addition, they served as the SBS Manager EU Fruit simplification Program & Nutrition & Artemis ECE from October 2015 to December 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of R&D Sensory and Behaviour science (SBS) Manager for HUN/CZ/SL/RO/BG/GR & R&D Project manager from September 2013 to September 2015. Kristina also worked as an R&D product engineer & Nutrition SPOC for SEE from February 2011 to September 2013 and started their career as an R&D Trainee at the company in August 2010.
Kristina Gebova pursued their education in the field of science. Kristina first attended Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they continued their studies at Sofia University, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) in Biochemistry.
