Raluca Baltag

Raluca Baltag is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in key account management and sales strategy. Currently serving as National Key Account Manager at FICOSOTA since February 2018, Raluca effectively manages the development and implementation of sales strategies for International Key Accounts in the Romanian market, ensuring the achievement of company objectives. Previously, Raluca held the position of Senior Key Account Manager at Grande Gloria Production from July 2008 to January 2018, contributing to the success of the largest national manufacturer of wet wipes. Raluca's career also includes significant roles as Sales Manager at Dedeman and Development Manager at Hyper Maxima, where skills in negotiation and marketing strategies were honed. Raluca began a career in sales management and legal advisory roles at Muntenia Prod Company and Ramiro Impex. Raluca holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources from the University of Bucharest and a Law degree from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București.
