Alain-François Chéneau

Alain-François Chéneau is a partner and National Technical Director of the Corporate department. As National Technical Director, he guarantees the legal doctrine and technical excellence of his department, in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, private equity, governance and finance law. He designs the service offerings for the firm’s clients. In this capacity, he manages a team of 360 professionals at the firm’s head and regional offices, together with the Department Directors.

With a Master’s in Business Law – (DJCE) from Paris Assas II, Alain-François started his career in a Paris firm before joining Fidal’s Rennes office in 2004 to practice corporate law. He became Regional Director of Bretagne, with Hervé Orhan, in 2009, before being appointed Technical Director in 2017.

Alain-François is a member of the legal committee of ANSA (Association Nationale des Sociétés par Actions).
