Customer Advocate at Fidel API

Christian Fakana has a diverse work experience in customer support and technical roles. Christian started their career at Infusionsoft as an Infusionsoft Success Coach in 2012. Christian later joined Pole Star Space Applications in 2013 as a Customer Support Representative and eventually became a Customer Support Team Lead in 2018. In 2019, they joined Trax Retail as a Technical Support Specialist, providing support for the EMEA region. Christian also took on the role of Support Specialist during their time at Trax Retail. Currently, they are employed at Fidel API as a Customer Advocate starting in 2021.

Christian Fakana obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Business Information Technology from London South Bank University. Christian completed their education in the field of Information Technology from 2005 to 2009.
