Natalie Ho

Natalie Ho has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles within the financial and technology sectors. Natalie currently serves as the VP of People and Workplace at Fidel API, a global financial infrastructure platform. Prior to this, Natalie was the Global VP of HR at TOMIA, a mobile operator interconnectivity company. Natalie also worked as the People Director at Nutmeg, a fintech owned by J.P. Morgan, and as the Deputy Head of Human Resources at Bank ABC. Earlier in their career, Natalie held positions at Finastra, where they served as the Head of HR for the Middle East, Africa, and India regions, as well as the HR Business Partner for Europe. Natalie began their career as an HR Advisor at Ipsos UK. Natalie has a track record of driving performance, engagement, and talent development within organizations of varying sizes and is experienced in strategic and operational HR support.

Natalie Ho obtained a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Sussex, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Natalie then pursued an MSc in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their degrees, Natalie has also obtained several certifications, including the Certificate for Coaching from the International Academy for Professional Development Ltd, the Chartered Fellow CIPD from CIPD, the Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner from Insights, and the Mental Health First Aider certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
