Patricia Matias

Patricia Matias is an experienced professional in the field of statistics and quality management, currently serving as the Head of the Statistics Department at Fidelidade since July 2015, where responsibilities include managing and monitoring KPIs, applying continuous improvement methods, and ensuring quality control of various processes. Prior to this role, Patricia was the Head of the Quality and Management Information Department and also led the Information Management Team from 2011 to 2015, focusing on product parameter management and process improvements. Patricia's career in the industry began as a Trainee in Department Operations at Fidelidade Mundial from November 2001 to November 2003, where assistance was provided for data migration during mergers. Patricia holds a Licentiate degree in Applied Mathematics from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa.
