Kelly Butler is an accomplished professional in talent development with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Development at The Fidelis Partnership since January 2024, Kelly previously held the position of Global Head of Talent & Development at GAM Investments from October 2020 to January 2024, and served as Senior Director of Talent Management for Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC from May 2006 to October 2020.
