Ifeanyi Monye

Ifeanyi Monye, PHRi, GPHR, is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development. Since June 2015, Ifeanyi has served as the Head of Learning and Development and Head Human Resource Business Partner at Fidelity Bank PLC. Prior to this role, Ifeanyi held positions at Heritage Bank Plc as Head of Contact Center, at the Bureau of Public Enterprises, Abuja as Assistant Chief Enterprise Officer, and at Bank PHB Plc as Human Resources Business Partner and Executive Assistant. Ifeanyi's earlier experience includes roles at UBA Group as Team Lead Recruitment and Team Member Domestic Operation. Ifeanyi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and Government from the University of Ibadan.
