Jonathan Butters

Jonathan Butters is a seasoned talent development professional with extensive experience in creating impactful learning solutions. Currently serving as a Talent Development Consultant at Fidelity Canada since April 2022, Jonathan focuses on innovative training initiatives that enhance performance through collaboration with key business partners and stakeholders. Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Learning and Development Consultant at NBIN from July 2017 to April 2022, where training programs were designed to improve client and employee understanding of products and services. Earlier in the career, Jonathan worked at TD from May 2011 to July 2017, holding roles such as Facilitator and Professional Lender, contributing to the development of comprehensive training solutions and personalized financial advice. Additionally, Jonathan served as an Insurance Advice Specialist and Wireless Sales Representative at Rogers Communications from October 2004 to February 2013. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Ottawa and further studied at King’s College London.
