Gary Laverick

Gary Laverick is a seasoned professional in talent development and learning solutions with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Consultant at Jackson since March 2024, Gary previously held multiple roles at Dart Container from October 2006 to January 2024, including Learning Design and Technology Manager, where responsibilities included managing learning curriculum and technologies, overseeing Learning Management System operations, and leading a team of instructional designers. Prior experience includes roles at Independent Bank as a Corporate Trainer and Fifth Third Bank as a Private Investor Mortgage Delivery Supervisor. Gary holds a BA in Business from Pensacola Christian College.
