Tamara Glasgow-Cox

Tamara Glasgow-Cox BA, MSc., currently serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Fidelity Canada since November 2021. With a robust background in human resources, Tamara has previously held key positions including Manager of Consulting at CCDI Consulting Inc, where efforts focused on developing workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. Experience as an Employment Counselor and Employment Specialist at Durham Region Unemployed Help Centre involved empowering jobseekers through various support services.
