Katie Constance

Katie Constance currently serves as the Head of Sustainability for EMEA Distribution and the Head of Sustainable Investing Client Engagement at Fidelity International, a position held since July 2018. Katie is a member of the Sustainable Investing leadership team, focusing on integrating sustainability within client engagement initiatives. Prior to Fidelity International, Katie was Director of Institutional Sales at Schroders from July 2013 to June 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Legal at Citi from 2009 to 2012, Vice President at Simmons & Simmons from 2007 to 2009, and a lawyer at Clifford Chance from 2004 to 2007. Katie holds an LLB in Law with Hispanic Law from UCL.
