Sharmila Thayer is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in enterprise change and product development within the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Change at Fidelity International since December 2017, Sharmila has held prominent positions, including Technology Director for Personal Investing and Wealth Solutions and Director of Application & Product Development at Charles Taylor plc. Sharmila's entrepreneurial background includes co-founding NetzConnect.com, aimed at revolutionizing the distribution of supplementary products, and leading E2Exchange as Managing Director and Chief Digital Officer to foster partnerships for entrepreneurial growth.
