Stephen Holmes possesses extensive experience in finance and technology management across various sectors, including banking, consulting, and education. Currently serving as the Technology Cost Management Lead at Fidelity International, Stephen also contributes as a Trustee for The Eric Liddell Community. Previous roles include Head of Finance - Transformation, Technology & Operations at Standard Chartered Bank, where responsibilities spanned global retail and private banking finance, as well as interim Finance Director positions at Aberdeen Harbour Board and Managing Director at Shard Consulting Ltd. With a strong background in transformative financial strategies and operational efficiency, Stephen has successfully managed substantial budgets and led significant cost reduction programs throughout a diverse career in renowned organizations such as Royal Bank of Scotland and Morrison Construction. Stephen holds a CA from ICAS and degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
