Steven Wall

Steven Wall has a diverse range of work experience in user research and testing. Steven has held various roles at Fidelity International, including Head of User Research, User Research Lead, and User Research Manager since joining in 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at System Concepts Ltd from 2013 to 2016. Steven also served as the Senior Customer Experience Research and Testing Manager at Visa Europe from 2014 to 2015. Before that, Steven worked as a Senior Consultant at Amberlight Partners from 2010 to 2013 and as the User Experience Research and Testing Lead at Vodafone in 2010. Steven has also worked as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge in 2009 and as a Research Scientist at Eastman Kodak from 2007 to 2009. Steven started their early career as a Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow from 2002 to 2006 and as a Research Assistant at The University of Edinburgh from 2001 to 2002.

Steven Wall holds a PhD in Cybernetics which they obtained from the University of Reading. Prior to their doctoral studies, they completed their undergraduate degree in Cybernetics and Control Engineering, graduating with a first-class honours Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the same institution.
