Vincent Chuilon

Vincent Chuilon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal, compliance, and transformation roles. Currently serving as a Director at Fidelity International since September 2019, Vincent is responsible for strategy, transformation, and operations in Legal and Compliance. Previous roles include Transformation Director, where Vincent led the transformation of various functions, and Organisation Design Lead, focusing on the design of governance operating models. Prior to Fidelity International, Vincent held multiple senior positions at Lloyds Banking Group from 2010 to June 2019, including Head of Organisation Design and Head of Organisation Effectiveness. Earlier career highlights include Senior Manager at Deloitte and Manager at Accenture, as well as a Project Manager at UBS Investment Bank. Vincent holds an MA in Natural Sciences and a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, alongside an MSc in Philosophy of Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
