Arun Lakhanpal is an experienced Delivery Lead with a strong background in managing project requirements and delivery lifecycles across various organizations. Currently serving at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited since July 2023, Arun has previously held key roles at AIA, Ports of Auckland, and The Warehouse Group, focusing on technical delivery, process streamlining, and stakeholder engagement. Arun's expertise extends to leadership positions at Speaking Roses New Zealand Ltd., Bravura Solutions, Gen-i, Royal Bank of Scotland, IBM, and ProvisionTree Solutions, where responsibilities included guiding technical teams, managing releases, and overseeing build and release activities.
