Kyle Wallace

Kyle Wallace has over five years of experience in the legal field. Kyle started working at Deutsche Bank in 2013 as an Assistant Vice President and Counsel, where they provided legal support to the Capital Markets division. Their duties included drafting and negotiating various agreements and contracts, reviewing legal opinions and regulations, and providing general legal advice. In 2018, they joined Fidelity National Financial as a Vice President, Corporate Counsel, where they currently work.

Kyle Wallace earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the University of Florida in 2008. Following this, they attended the Florida State University College of Law from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a J.D. degree with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
