Pankaj Kulkarni

Pankaj Kulkarni, MBA, PMP®, SAFe® Agilist/RTE, has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Pankaj started their career at Oracle in 2005, where they successfully delivered end-to-end ERP solutions for government and top Wall Street companies. During their time at Oracle, they also worked with various organizations such as Boeing, Carlyle Group, City of Atlanta, Comerica Bank, Penske Truck Leasing, and Daimler Chrysler.

In 2008, Pankaj joined V2 as a Senior Director, overseeing product delivery, PMO, and compliance. After working at V2 for five years, they moved to General Motors in 2013. At General Motors, they held the position of Sr. Executive, leading global product management and cybersecurity for GPSC. Pankaj successfully implemented business-driven features in vehicle software and connected cars and achieved over $200 million in savings through global product and project integrations.

Pankaj's most recent role was at Fidelity National Financial, where they served as E.VP, responsible for digital products, PMO, and compliance. Pankaj implemented custom cybersecurity gates and developed a custom SDLC for secure product rollout. Pankaj also established the office of PMO and focused on customer-centric product deliverables. Additionally, they worked on Azure Cloud environment and implemented DevOps with CI/CD.

Pankaj Kulkarni holds a Bachelor's degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. Additionally, they completed a program in Software Development with a focus on Web Technology at Oakland Community College. Pankaj has obtained several certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2021, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in August 2021, SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2020, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Institute™ in May 2019.
