Sara Payne

Sara Payne has extensive work experience in the legal field. Sara is currently the Vice President and Associate Kentucky State Counsel at Fidelity National Financial, where they have been since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the AVP, Underwriting Counsel at the same company from April 2019 to September 2023. Before joining Fidelity National Financial, Sara worked as the Kentucky Underwriting Counsel at Old Republic Title from August 2015 to April 2019. Sara also has experience as a Law Clerk at the Jefferson Circuit Court Commissioner's Office from May 2014 to June 2015, and as a Law Clerk at Shunnarah Law Firm from May 2013 to August 2013. Additionally, they have worked as a Legal Research Assistant at the Better Business Bureau in December 2012.

Sara Payne completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Equine Business at the University of Louisville from 2007 to 2011. Sara later pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville from 2012 to 2015.
