Michael Carmona has a solid work experience with various companies. Michael started their career in 2010 with First American Home Warranty as an Interim Training Manager, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, they joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona as a Technical Training Specialist II and stayed there until 2021. Following that, they worked at Frontdoor, Inc. as a Technical Training Specialist II from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Training and Quality Assurance at Fidelity National Home Warranty, starting in 2022.

Michael Carmona received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Organizational Management from Grand Canyon University from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Human Resources Administration / General from Santa Rosa Junior College from 2014 to 2016.
