Jennifer Sullivan

Jennifer Sullivan serves as the Head of Talent at Fidelity Investments, overseeing Talent, Diversity, and Inclusion strategies for a large workforce of over 20,000 associates since June 2020. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various leadership positions at PerkinElmer, Inc., including Vice President and Chief Talent Officer, where responsibilities encompassed global talent practices for 12,000 employees. Jennifer also worked at Providence Health & Services as AVP and Chief Learning Officer, managing talent and learning initiatives for 80,000 employees across multiple states. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at Hewlett-Packard, Raytheon, and consulting positions at Vantage Partners and Booz Allen Hamilton. Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Organizational Development and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development, both from Vanderbilt University.
