Kirsten Kuykendoll

Kirsten Kuykendoll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and operations, currently serving as the Head of Talent at Fidelity Investments since June 2006. In this role, Kirsten leads various initiatives aimed at enhancing associate experiences and fostering growth throughout their careers. Previous positions at Fidelity include Head of Talent Acquisition, Head of Associate Experience, and Head of Global Procurement Operations. Kirsten has also held leadership roles at Kappa Delta Foundation as Foundation Vice Chair and Director, and contributed to Lean Six Sigma projects at Fifth Third Bank, achieving significant cost savings. An alumna of Miami University, Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
